All orders are processed with 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Kween Bee provides FREE shipping for all orders over $50.00. You will receive a confirmation email/text once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Kween Bee's it not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. We will gladly replace ordered products if you receive them damaged from packaging/shipping.

We will gladly process a refund if you are not satisfied with our products. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and provide reason(s) for the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return and request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
