- It normally takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
- If items are processed within 24 hours, then we can ship your order in one business day.
- Shipment takes approximately 3-10 business days to reach most destination countries.
- US orders typically are 1-3 business days depending on the postal service. (up to 10 days in some cases)
- Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with tracking number will be sent to you.
- Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

- Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes such as COVID19.
- It can take up to 15 days to some countries. We do offer compensation if the shipping beyond the timeframe as stated on shipping policy
- Please submit a ticket within 30 days of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. We appreciate your kind understanding.
We DO NOT offer refunds due to the nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt of package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please send your request along with your order number AND photos of damages/defect to firstname.lastname@example.org
A request must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery!
Currently we only exchange damaged or wrong products. Upon receipt of your returned item please allow 7-10 business days for replacements or refunds. Thank you for understanding!
