You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number, shipping method and tracking information. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in route to you.
In-stock orders can take 2-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note that pre-order items may take 4-6 weeks to ship. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, backorder, personalized items and items ordered from two or more vendors).

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
A standard shipping rate (2 to 3 business day transit) on all orders before taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note that order processing may take 2-5 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
Sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
