The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade.
As with all new products that you are going to begin using on your skin, always try a small area first to see if any allergic reactions or breakouts occur. If you have any problems, discontinue use immediately.
Preservatives – We do not use preservatives in our products. To maximize shelf life, store in dry, dark, and cool place. We are not responsible for any problems due to misuse of our products.
*NOTE: All products containing colorants or natural clays etc., could potentially stain light colored cloths.
Product Claims and Evaluations – These are homemade products using all natural as noted in the “ingredient listing” under each product sold. Product claims and descriptions are based on research (by outside parties, internet research, etc) on all of the ingredients in our products. If you have any questions about a product, please ask before purchasing. Remember – we are NOT physicians and can only offer personal advice from our own experience and education. For a concrete understanding of any particular ingredient and how it will react with your body – please contact your family physician or conduct your own personal research. *It is up to you to use your personal digression when purchasing and using products from our company.

Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number, shipping method and tracking information. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
In-stock orders can take 2-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Please note that pre-order items may take 4-6 weeks to ship. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments (i.e., in the case of pre-order, backorder, personalized items and items ordered from two or more vendors).
Where We Ship
We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories.
A standard shipping rate (2 to 3 business day transit) on all orders before taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note that order processing may take 2-5 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the order summary page.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please note that our return policy expires after thirty (30) days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and an identical replacement item(s) remains in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will be aware of your return.
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
